HI GUYS!

Peach here - resident scientist, gamer, lover of all things bright and beautiful (especially where hair is concerned), and now proud curator of this little corner of the internet. If you’re wondering exactly how this all came to be, simply put, I jumped into the world of hairdressing and coloring after completing a masters in cosmetic science. Following a lot of reflection and frustration around the history, culture and, honestly, trauma around textured hair, I thought it high time to add my developing expertise (because the learning never truly stops) in hopes of chipping away at some of the stress and angst.

The hair that we’re given is beautiful and whether you decide your natural texture, color or length is for you or not, you should be able to express yourself how you choose and be clear in how best to maintain it. Even if your hair changes over time (spoiler alert: it will) and you need to revamp your whole hair set-up, I’m here to share what I’ve learned, learn some more myself and hopefully give y’all the tools to enjoy your hair JUDGMENT FREE (unless you’re being an enemy of your own progress in which case I’m here to lovingly drag you back to your senses).
